Simply put we take before pics to document existing condition. Good for both sides. We take during pics which are really good for the contractor because it documents protection practices and quality of work and then the after pics. All Pics are stored for 10 years. A lot of projects were built a little too quickly in the glory days of 4-8 years ago. The end result was going to be “fix the problem.” Rather than wait on a legal authority to say it, they proactively fixed the problem themselves.
